Thames Hospital seeks stories for 150th celebrations
Thames Hospital is looking for your stories to help it celebrate 150 years in 2018.
Retired Thames general surgeon Paul Silvester and retired nurse Marg Carey are part of a committee that has been formed to organise celebrations.
They are currently collecting stories from past and current staff or members of the community who have a story to tell.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
