If possible can you please deliver them to my office at 307 Sealey Street Thames. If the office is not open please leave them in the letterbox at 307 Sealey Street Thames.
Alternatively, you could post them to Denis Tegg, PO Box 143, Thames.
If neither of these options is possible, please call my office (if no one answers please leave a message on the answerphone with your name and address) and I will arrange for them to be picked up.
I would like to gather in the petition forms by Friday so that we make an interim count of signatures ready for the Community Board meeting on Monday 27 February when the board will consider the minibus proposal.
Please continue to gather signatures on any blank petition forms you have after Friday as we will make a final count later in March. Thanks again – Denis Tegg
