It will be a little smaller than usually - even stallholders need a Christmas break - but there will still be plenty of wonderful wares, organic fruit and veggies, second hand books, collectables, soaps, jewellery etc etc on the stalls. Sola Café and Checkers will also be open. So get ready for a relaxing Saturday morning on Thames Market.

Historic Kōpū Bridge’s gates will be open on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd January, from 7am to 6pm both days, weather permitting. More than 600 people spent some time on the bridge at Labour weekend, showing that this Category 1 Heritage site is definitely becoming a popular place to stroll, cycle, sketch, birdwatch or meet for a chat.
Admission to the Historic Kōpū Bridge is free: donations are always appreciated and will be put towards getting the swing span functioning again during 2021. If you would like to join the roster for these days or volunteer to help at future events and working bees, please get in touch.
The bridge is fully wheelchair accessible.
