What are your thoughts on new rules for Ninety Mile Beach/Te Oneroa-a-Tōhe?

The iconic Ninety Mile Beach/Te Oneroa-a-Tōhe is about to come under a new beach management plan, which includes rules to help turn the tide on damage and neglect. It includes news speed limits on the beach of 60kmh, reducing to 30kmh within 200m of entrances. What do you think?
