My husband and I are having to move out of our rental in January and we are looking for a long-term rental, 3 bed house with a double garage, low maintenance section, quiet and private in Tauranga or Mt Maunganui. We are middle-aged and quiet, no pets, non-smokers. Can provide references from the rental we are in now plus one we rented for 4 years.
