Hi Everyone,
Another great week with a the final workshop for this year was run by Gloria Scanlen and Carol Hatton. That's not to say we are winding down as we still have our Christmas Pop Up Shop opening around 11th November at 200 Great South Road followed by an exhibition held in conjunction with Papakura Museum opening 3rd December.
As always new members are most welcome.
Where to find us: - We meet at the Old Central School Hall 57 Wood St Papakura every Wednesday 12-3:30pm
What do we offer: - Free painting time, Art Tuition with experienced Artists Demonstrations and tips, a great book and DVD library, Workshops, Social interaction, Exhibitions, Competition, Plein Air days, a weekly newsletter, free tea and coffee available; make it yourself and bring along your lunch for a sit down and chat from mid-day.
What we use: - Our members work in watercolour, pastels, acrylics, oils, pencil/pen and charcoal and mixed media.
Who are we: - We are a very active group of people who welcome new members and who are always willing to help if you need some help.
