Our Healthy Wholefood Cooking workshop is joining forces with the Masterclass for a special two-part series. Attend one evening or both for the full experience!

Part 1: Tuesday, August 6 at 7:00 PM
Explore the benefits of plant-based wholefoods to nourish your body and support your microbiome. Kim will demonstrate five tasty 'gut' healing recipes. Learn how caring for your gut could give you a new lease on life!

Part 2: Tuesday, August 20 at 7:00 PM
Learn about cultured and fermented foods and how they can improve your overall health and wellbeing. The Masterclass will show you how to make your own cultured foods to support gut health and maintain a healthy microbiome.

Night-time chipsealing works on SH2

NZ Transport Agency (NZTA)

From 9 to 17 February, stop/go traffic management will be in place on SH2 between McPherson Road and Dimmock Road on multiple nights between 9pm and 5am (Sundays to Thursdays).

During the day, all lanes will be open, but speed restrictions will apply to allow the chipseal to set and to protect vehicles travelling over the newly laid surface.

There may be delays to your journey when travelling through the area. This is weather dependent so check NZTA Journey Planner before you travel.
