Bach Flower Remedies are potentised flower essences which help to heal emotional and mental states. There are 38 remedies and each one helps different needs such as: anxiety, fear, shock, anger, despondency, resentment, exhaustion, transitions, etc. Five specific remedies together form Rescue Remedy which is used for all difficult and demanding situation.
