Plan your journey to the AKL Lantern Festival this weekend
If you're coming to #lanternakl, consider cycling, walking or public transport - parking restrictions are in place and parking is in very high demand. Plus AKL City & Starship Hospitals are both open and operating as normal during the festival, including their busy emergency departments. If you're heading to the festival, please look out for ambulances and give them right of way; help keep the entrances to the hospitals clear for patients, whānau, visitors and staff; and stay out of the hospital grounds and carparks unless you are visiting the hospitals.
