We are very excited that Jeremy from Revive Cafe is taking our next Healthy Wholefood Cooking plant-based workshop - Tuesday November 3 at 7pm!

Jeremy is focusing on tasty 'meat alternatives'... all plant-based of course!
• Battered Fish
• Pulled Pork Tacos
• Not Chicken Curry
• Impossible Beef Burger
• Salmon on Crackers

Jeremy's plant-based cooking is always very popular; so remember to book in - and, yes for those out of Auckland we will also have it available on Zoom!

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
