I have a 22ft caravan with a fixed 17ft aluminium awning.
Situated at the top 10 caravan park at Orere point.
Have had for 14 yrs and are selling as we are moving south.
Includes Beds,cutlery,fridge /freezer, gas stove,pots and plans,indoor and out door table with out door chairs and shed out the back.
Yearly fees are $4100.00 for 6 people that includes 100 nights of accomadation.

Illegal dumping
This is awful how people just disregard bylaws. dump their rubbish in parks and waterways to try get away with having to pay dumping costs at the rubbish dumps and transfer stations. This also can cause flooding again due to blocking the grate of the culvert in Princes street. No thought for neighbours or damage that can be caused by their actions.
