Acacia Cove are celebrating our 20th Birthday!

It is celebration time at Acacia Cove as we started our 20th Birthday Celebrations during the month of October. We kicked of the occasion with a delicious finger food lunch, followed by a more semi-formal evening function where we were entertained by the amazing Jackie Clark. We also have a couple more exciting functions planned.

A special Pioneers Lunch will be held on 31st August for all the residents that moved into Acacia Cove during 1998 and 1999. What an amazing privilege to still have 20 of those first Residents with us! Find out more!

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
