Flatemate wanted to share 4 bedroom family home in Takaro
I have the opportunity to rent a beautiful 4 bedroom family home but need a flatmate. Move in mid Jan to early Feb. I am a mature, professional, environmentally friendly animal lover. I would prefer to share with a professional single person with visiting children or solo parent. Total rent is $500 per week plus expenses to split 50/50 plus bond of 4 weeks. You get 2 or 3 bedrooms and lock up single garage. No bathtub sorry, just shower. Close to shops, supermarket and bus stop.
