Also selling collector items Dolls of the World, in original packaging, dozens to choose from. Check for prices on Sunday 19th December, at Hokowhitu Village Market, 9 am to 12.30 pm. Christmas raffle tickets for sale, doll with wardrobe of clothes, plus Christmas hampers (4 draws). Tickets $2 each or 3 for $5. Draw will take place at 12 midday. As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
