Stay cool in the hot weather
Today the temperature is set to hit the mid to high 20s with no clouds in the sky! Such a sunny treat, but remember to stay in the shade out of the sun as much as possible, and make sure you're wearing sunscreen. Slip, slop, slap and wrap is the age-old advice we're recommending this week, and keep up your water intake.
