Come and visit us at Historic Caccia Birch House in Hokowhitu, Palmerston North on our open days!

Come along and experience the beautiful handcrafted rimu timber paneling and elegant chandeliers along with the extensive history of the property.

Stroll through the beautiful gardens and grounds, enjoying the rose gardens and wonderful views over Hokowhitu Lagoon.

The Coach House will be open, displaying the history archives throughout the old stables.

Feel free to bring along a picnic and settle on the large lawn out the front of the house, chill out and enjoy the ambiance - and some sunshine!

Extensive care has been put into the preservation of the buildings - so we love to share the experience of yesteryear with visitors.

This is a wonderful chance for history buffs to come and have a look at this historic homestead

If you are looking for a wedding and function venue, this is the perfect chance to come and have a look.

We are open to the public and entry is free - we look forward to seeing you there!
