Start dates are rapidly approaching: Otaki, Palmerston North, and Feilding all start on February 12th. Coming along might be a great way to attend to those New Year’s resolutions. If you have a health condition that isn’t going away, then we’re here to help.

We cover a wide range of topics including Sleep, healthy eating, keeping active, relationships and communication, taking medications, working with health professionals, planning, problem-solving, making decisions, and more.

These courses are also a great way to be social, have fun, and share your knowledge and experiences.
