The Art of Spoon Carving
Thanks to everyone who came to meet Robyn Parkinson last week. We all learned lots about how she began the art of spoon carving, the processes undertaken to create her spoons, and what it means to embrace wabi sabi in her artistic practice.
For those who didn't get a chance to come along, you still have until April 19 to see the exhibition. Come along to see spoons in a way you never have before – as icons of domesticity, symbols of beauty, and objects of art.
