Just bring your own bedroom furniture. Big yard in back. Close to town & amenities. Must be quiet and clean-living, keep room clean, do own washing and help with housework. I don't use satelite TV (just use Netflix & Amazon Prime) , but there is a sky dish. Prefer working person, but ok if not, as long as you can pay your way.
