The Sphinx I Found in Te Hapu (1330)
In Greek tradition, the sphinx is a treacherous and merciless being with the head of a woman, the haunches of a lion, and the wings of a bird.
The first mention of a sphinx was in 9.500BC. So what I found in Te Hapu is further evidence that some thousands of years ago another civilisation, probably either Greek of Egyptian, had settled for a while in New Zealand. Something to think about. Enjoy!😎
