Time of your life (if you want it to be)
Hi there. I am a lady in my late 60s living in Foxton, who enjoys dancing and listening to modern international pop music. So if you know who Olivia Rodrigo, Dua Lipa, L.A.B, Teeks, Stan Walker or BTS are, or what Beautiful Mistakes, Good 4 u or Butter songs are, then you’re into my music. I am asking if there are any others who are interested in joining me in my garage for sessions of listening and dancing to music, once a week. I already have some people interested but want more to enjoy this time. This is not about weight loss, unless you want it to be. This is not about fitness, unless you want it to be. It’s about enjoying the moment with others who have the same interests in music or dancing or even other interests. The session could be during the day but if I get enough interest, I will see about having a night session for those who can’t make day sessions. I will be holding sessions separately for those either vaccinated or unvaccinated. The point of these sessions is so that everyone can enjoy music. I will be restarting sessions mid February. Scam Alert: Bank cold calls
ASB is warning customers about reports of cold calls from scammers claiming to be from ASB. These scammers are trying to obtain personal information, including usernames, dates of birth, and verification codes sent to your mobile phone.
🛡️ The "Caller Check" Test
If you get a call from someone claiming to be from ASB and you’re unsure, just ask them for a Caller Check. You will then be able to verify the call through the app.
Remember, banks will:
❌ Never ask for your banking passwords, PINs, or verification codes
❌ Never need to know your full credit card number – especially the CVC
❌ Never ask you to download software or remotely access your device
❌ Never ask you to purchase gift cards or transfer funds.
