Hi, I’m Gasket. I was in charge of guarding the mail, but just after this photo was taken I tried to eat the package. Then I started to steal random sheets of paper from Sue’s desk - maybe this is why she is such a big fan of paperless offices? So I’ve been fired from any paper-based duties, and now I’m in charge of running to the door barking when Sue answers her phone with “hello” - surely “hello” means there are visitors somewhere for me to greet (and get pats!)??
Sue is a Certified Bookkeeper and Xero Advisor, with a 20+ year background in owning and/or managing tradie businesses. She’s experienced in general office admin, accounts, and payroll. She loves creating and following processes, and paperless offices. She’s also possibly slightly OCD about numbers!

Although my images are available for sale, what I consider to have been a good market day does not… View moreMonthly market at Uniting Church Hall, 9 to noon tomorrow, Saturday. Visitor numbers have been on a downhill slide over past months, which is why I'm doing a bit of promoting on local web sites. Although my images are available for sale, what I consider to have been a good market day does not depend on selling anything. What makes a market worthwhile for me are people's' reactions to the display or to particular images, and their subsequent conversation with me. Those conversations and reactions are what make the markets positive for me, sales or no sales. So, fewer visitors means fewer reactions which means I start to question the value of my participating in the market.
