Palmerston North SPCA Op Shop relocation news π’ We are moving!
Due to the lease ending we are excited to announce we are moving around the corner with a fresh new Op Shop! Opening in early June, our new location will be ready to visit at π 93 Albert Street with our current location at π 341 Broadway Avenue closing at the end of May 2023.
We are so grateful your all your support helping to raise money for animals in need, and we hope you are excited to visit and enjoy our new refreshed Op Shop next month π

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?
As reported in the Post, thereβs a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need πͺπ°πͺ
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship β like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
