Poll: Should all homes have curtains?

A petition is circulating to get curtains added as part of the Healthy Homes Standards in the hopes of helping renters avoid living in cold, damp conditions. Do you think curtains should be mandatory for New Zealand homes?

This little cat is hanging around our house in Keeling street a lot and looking a bit lost and forlorn. Does she belong to anyone?
We don’t want to adopt her in case she actually does have a home.
