Big Thumbs up to Kevin Kelliher and his Lions team for getting ready for the Lions Food drive - This Saturday between 4pm and 6:30pm
You should by now have already received a bag in your mailbox, if you have not yet received it, please listen out for the sirens and calls from the wonderful essential services like the fire brigade and st johns assisting them to collect the food. You can hand over the items to them or leave it in any bag at your mailbox on Saturday Afternoon.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
