Internet banking orders need to be in by Monday 15 November for pick up from your chosen location Thursday 18 November. A list of pick up locations in the Ordering Instructions attached. Remember to bring a couple of bags to transfer your order into.

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
