Needing to re home cat

Mary from Awapuni

Hi everyone. I’m urgently looking to rehome my beautiful male tabby cat. This is a last resort after trying every other option. He is the most cuddly, playful, and gentle-natured cat I’ve ever met. We’ve had him since he was a kitten and he’s now 3 years old.

Unfortunately, I’m moving to Australia and my family are unable to take him. This decision is absolutely heartbreaking, and I just want to find him a safe, loving home.

If anyone can help or point me in the right direction, I would be incredibly grateful. Thank you so much 🤍

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?
