Courier delivery

Elaine from Highbury - Westbrook

New Zealand Courier drivers are now too lazy to walk to the back door as per instructions on parcel, and instead just leave a ticket in the letter box. I checked the status of delivery time online and we were home at that time and when I rung to complain they said do you have a gate, I said a waist high gate that you just lift up the latch, their reply, oh if they don't have clear access then they wont deliver. What the hell, I get deliveries by other courier companies to my back door all the time. Does anyone else have an issue with parcels being delivered by couriers?

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?
