I have a simply furnished one bedroom house available for 4.5 months, ie from the 2st May until mid September. (You may need your own fridge, washing machine & mattress - this has yet to be decided.)
It’s a warm house with lots of light. The lounge has a wood burner, and the adjoining breakfast room gets lots of sun, as does the lounge. It has (to the latest code) insulation in the ceiling & floor.
Women preferred. It is my home so i am looking for someone who is mindful of this. It is a quiet space and place.
Rent is $285 weekly. There is a bond also, ie 4 weeks rent up front.
Please private message me, with details about yourself. Thanks
