Wednesday's funding announcement brings certainty and timeframes for land and home owners in the likely corridor for the Ōtaki to north of Levin expressway.
The improved highway south is expected to add to the town's desirability as a place to live, but will it mean for businesses that will miss out on the through-traffic?
