Friday 10th January 2020 11:00am - 3:00pm

Come along and experience the beautiful handcrafted rimu timber paneling and elegant chandeliers along with the extensive history of the property.
Explore the house and gardens, learn about the past owners and how the house was rescued from dereliction and destruction in the eighties by PNCC and many supporters. Then brought back to life in the nineties to become a thriving venue with stories of the past to tell.

The Coach House will be open, displaying the history archives throughout the old stables.

Bring the whole family, relax on the lawn with a picnic and enjoy the summer sunshine and gorgeous array of plants and flowers in our gardens.

This is also a good time to view the venue if you are planning on holding a wedding or function. Feel free to approach our friendly staff for a chat or pick up one of the brochures from the foyer that contain all information on making a booking.

Extensive care has been put into the preservation of the buildings - so we love to share the experience of yesteryear with visitors.

We are open to the public and entry is free! See you there!

Scamwatch: How to recognise, avoid and act against scams.

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

A scam or a fraud is any scheme designed to con you out of money or steal your personal information. If someone contacts you unexpectedly – whether over the phone, through the post, by email, on a website, in person or on social media – always consider the possibility that it may be a scam.

Scammers target lots of people, often for small amounts of money. They constantly evolve their approach making scams harder to spot. Most scams come from overseas, but they may pretend to be locally based — from a reputable company, bank, or government agency, or even from your friends on social media if your account has been hacked. It is very difficult to get your money back once it is sent overseas.

Scams hurt us all. You can protect yourself and others by learning how to spot scams, share what you see and report them.

Figure out if you are being scammed: Use these questions to help figure out if you have been targeted by a scammer.
