Looking for "Falter Tom and the Waterboy"

Pippa from Carterton District

Desperately seeking this old recording, it was broadcast on National Radio and sold on cassette. I can't get a copy via National Radio or Archives so hoping someone may have a copy they no longer want in the back of a cupboard or gathering dust (for sentimental reasons 💕).

All artist bays are now sold out but there is still an opportunity to display and sell your work at the Manawatu Art Expo which runs 16 - 18 July at the Palmerston North Convention Centre.

You can still apply to submit 1 - 5 pieces of work (up to 1m each piece) which will be displayed for sale on your behalf. It's a great opportunity if you don't have a large body of work to exhibit, or if you just want to dip your toe in the water in terms of showing your work.

The registration fee is $35 and then a handling fee of $6 per artwork. A commission of 30% is charged on all sold work.

Registration closes on the 31st of May.

It’s a time for fine-tuning your skills and pushing the boundaries, catching up with your mates and heading off on new adventures at the drop of a hat! No, we’re not talking about your 20s, we’re talking about your retirement.

Ross’ retirement saw the beginning of his musical journey where his passion quickly evolved from making music, to crafting guitars. It all started when Ross and some mates joined a music group where the camaraderie and togetherness were just as important as the music.

Living in a Ryman village, Ross can continue living life to the full in his retirement because they are places where you don’t retire from life, you find a new way to live .
