Free Miner Chicks
My dog got a nest out yesterday and there were 3 chicks in it all quite well feathered, she managed to kill one but the other two are doing really well with porridge and cat mince, but would love to give them away as dont have a cage or any way of keeping them. they are doing really well. my contact details are 07 8475555, we are in Tuhikaramea road.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
