French Conversation Group?

Mike from Paraparaumu

Bonjour Les Voisins. When we last lived in Kapiti a few years ago we joined a French language conversation group that met regularly at the Sunday Cantina, when it was in Mahara. Now we are back and wondering if any such group still exists in Kapiti, or if there is enough interest to start a group up. Please text Mike on 0210 905 6825 or Carol on 027 341 1986 if you can help. Merci.
Mike

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
