"This is Cranford, who is the proud "guard cat" of St Paul's Waiwhetu, where he is a familiar face around the church property. He is pictured beside his "Cat cave"- he sleeps in it almost all year round.
He resides at the St Paul's Vicarage; with his four staff- Karl, Mel, Maiah and Poppy. Cranford is also a proud graduate of the SPCA in Wellington."

As I have mobility issues it needs to have shower that is not over a bath, easy access as I use a walking frame and somewhere to keep my mobility scooter dry when I'm not using it. Heating needs to be either a Heat Pump or other efficient heating as I can not manage the wood required for a fire. Currently I live in Otaki but will consider anything between Raumati South and Otaki. Moving further South or North is out of the question
