Focus is on balancing the body, mind and spirit for better health using techniques and 5 Element knowledge from Spring Forest Qigong.
Held on Friday's 9.30am - 10.30am in the Mezzanine Level at the TOWN HALL, Alnwick St, Warkworth (New Zealand).
