Heartbeats next Hibiscus Coast Group meeting is TUESDAY 2nd July at the Hibiscus Coast Community House (behind the Estuary Arts Centre), Orewa next Tuesday, 2nd July.

If you've had a heart attack, just come out of hospital after heart surgery, or have heart failure or hypertension - then Heartbeats is for YOU.
If you're feeling anxious, alone and can't find anyone who understands what you are going through - then Heartbeats is for YOU.

Come along and meet people who are in the same situation. It's free, informal, and you will learn so much about ways in which you can get on with living.
