Sometimes my basil plants go wild, and I end up with more than I can possibly use.
So, I’ve started mashing fresh basil with olive oil and storing it in the fridge—ready to transform into a quick pesto, marinade, or a deliciously fresh boost to homemade or store-bought mayo. 🌱✨
It’s an easy way to preserve the flavor and make sure nothing goes to waste! How do you use up your extra herbs? 🍃💚
