It uses NSF-certified filter casings and cartridge media and is fitted with oil-filled pressure gauges to show when filters need replacing. The three-stage filter system removes all sediment to a tiny one-micron, and an Activated Carbon chemical removal cartridge removes it.

Activated carbon cartridge to remove chemicals, organics, soot, taste, and odour that had not been removed in the previous stages.
