A message from Harmony Circle
What a beautiful weekend we’ve had to enjoy!
Well… it goes without saying (a phrase that makes me smile as it often precedes what’s going to be said anyway!) that Harmony Circle gatherings certainly won’t be happening whilst at Level 3. Therefore, consider all the wonderful stuff that was planned over the next couple of weeks to be on hold for now (to still be done at a time when we can though!).
It will all be reassessed once we know what's happening from the 26th August onward.
In the meantime, we’ll keep everyone updated either via the bi-weekly newsletter or updated emails.
Not on the email list but would like to be kept in the loop? Get in touch via email or text (see the end of the post) and we can add you to it.
A thought…
No matter your views on this time now, it still is.
We have a choice in every single given moment on how we think and what we do.
The only question to be asked is - Is what I'm doing/feeling right now making me feel good about/within myself?
If the answer isn’t yes, and quite understandably for many in these times is may not be, then please try and focus, if only for a moment, on something that does make you feel good, or makes you smile….. even if for the briefest of moments.
Stress, worry and anxiety have a huge impact on our well-being, stay mindful of keeping that balanced with some good stuff too.
Hugs to to you all 💜💜💜

Poll: As a customer, what do you think about automation?
The Press investigates the growing reliance on your unpaid labour.
Automation (or the “unpaid shift”) is often described as efficient ... but it tends to benefit employers more than consumers.
We want to know: What do you think about automation?
Are you for, or against?
-
9.6% For. Self-service is less frustrating and convenient.
-
43.6% I want to be able to choose.
-
46.9% Against. I want to deal with people.
