Venue; Community Hall, 2 Alnwick St (next door to Town Hall), Warkworth.
Open at 6.45pm for a 7pm start. $5 contribution at the door – Harmony Circle is non-profit.

Nia® is a holistic fitness class that blends dance, martial arts and healing arts. It’s effective, fun and transformational plus a great workout for body, mind, emotions and spirit.
It’s non-impact and adaptable to individual needs and abilities. Nia® delivers a full body and brain fitness experience while helping people form a deeper connection to themselves and their body.

I’ve been involved with Nia® Technique since early 2016 and I’m really looking forward to sharing with you why I, and so many others, love it so much!
