Hi Neighbours does anyone know of a place to rent for a friend of mine mid 30s tidy, quiet and reliable guy. Looking for a room in a quiet house or a barn conversion/detached place or a minor dwelling. Budget is around $250 - $300 per week ideally including Bills and also comes with off road parking for work vehicle. Ideally no pets in the house and definitely not a party house. Would suit with another quiet professional.
