Broadband scam
Kia ora neighbours, I'm writing this as my son got a phone call on our landline from an automated voice message saying our broadband would be disconnected in 24 to 48 hours if he did not respond by pressing 1 on the phone. IT IS A SCAM😡😡😡DON'T PRESS 1, 2, 3 or any number JUST HANG UP, as will cost you money or let them into your account..Please ring your internet provider directly and ask them before going any further with these calls. Please inform your elderly whanau and neighbors as they can be vulnerable to this type of call. Thanks
