No flights coming in or out of New Plymouth due to fog
All flights have been grounded at New Plymouth airport until at least late morning.
Airport commercial manager Wayne Wooton confirmed said nothing would be coming in or out of New Plymouth due to the heavy fog and low visibility.
A total of six flights had been cancelled from departing and arriving into New Plymouth.
Metservice stated New Plymouth visibility is at 6.5 kilometres and humidity at 100 per cent. It is forecast to remain cloudy with drizzle at times for the rest of today and tomorrow clearing on Saturday. Read more
