Hello the South Pacific Film Festival will take place on 8.11.24 at the Refinery ArtSpace at 5pm, 7pm and 9pm, free entry. More info on www.southpacificfilmfestival.com.... We screen films from all over the world but also New Zealand. This is our second year and it was also screened in Auckland, Christchurch, Wellington as well as Berlin (Germany). Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
