Mums and Bubs Yoga Class
"Need to get out of the house and do something good for yourself but don't have anybody to look after bubs?
Well, bring the little one along and enjoy an hour of yoga, stretching out all those muscles that have perhaps been a bit neglected lately and start working on core and whole body strengthening again!
Everybody is in the same situation so you can feel comfortable tending to the needs of your baby when necessary and meeting new friends.
All mats and props are supplied, so join us on Tuesdays at 11.45 am.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
