Sadly Miss April lost her bonded buddy a couple of weeks ago and with us looking to relocate houses she would benefit from a new forever home. April is lovely, very active and inquisitive therefore she would need a decent sized enclosure (we are happy to give away our large rabbit enclosure with her). Ideally she would go to a home that already has a rabbit(s) as she is quite social and misses having company. We have a bag of hay, pellets, etc to give to April's new caring owners. Please note that she is not de-sexed.

Have you ever tried to look for a new power plan to end up stuck, super confused by all the specific lingo that’s used? Things like kWh, standard vs. low users, or free hours of power? Don’t get us started on controlled and anytime meters!

If you’re unsure of some of these terms, it really won’t help you feel confident in comparing different plans. We don’t want to see our Neighbours get tripped up and stuck with a big bill this chilly season!

So to help you, we’ve put together a list of all the power terminology that you need to know!

ROHAN O'NEILL-STEVENS speaking on
"City building: Creating stronger communities
through urban regeneration".
Our urban environment shapes our lives in many unseen ways, both positive and negative. With climate change looming, loneliness growing, a housing crisis, and city centres struggling, Nelson's Deputy Mayor Rohan O’Neill-Stevens will lead the discussion on how changes in our urban landscape have the potential to bring us together, create more sustainable, resilient cities, and make for happier citizens.

Where? Café Yaza, Montgomery Square, Nelson,
When? Wednesday 26 July. Yaza opens for dining/drinks 6.00pm.
Conversation 7.30-9.30pm

Treat yourself and support our partners Yaza Café at the same time. Come early and try their new 'Spirited Conversations' menu!
