Firewood leftovers

Marilyn from The Brook

I have the equivalent of a trailer load of douglas fir offcuts and bits left over from my firewood delivery this week. They are too short, long or bitty to stack so I would like to find a home for them and also supplement the cost of my firewood. I would say they are worth $40 but you might like to make me an offer. The bags themselves are not included in the price but the wood is. Phone me on 03 5489400 or 0276522793. Must clear quickly so I can access my carport.

I have asked NCC why they are not made with paper as a lot end up going down the storm water drain into the bay. They will take decades to break down! In the mean time they will pollute and kill a lot of wildlife.
Anybody that also finds this totally unnecessary use of plastic disturbing, can you please contact NCC and tell them to change from plastic to paper.
In the mean time, please bin them.

Thanks
Christa
