A course to build Inner Strength and Kindness.

Do you have a mean inner critic?
A voice that tells you
“ you are not good enough,don’t work hard enough,are lazy?
Learn practical tools and ways of practicing and increasing self-compassion in a supportive environment.
6 weeks starting October 23rd.
Time: 6 -7:30 p.m.
Where: Nelson Women’s Centre
Cost: Unwaged $10 per session
Waged $20 per session
Some funded places available

Our suggestion to you: Did you know you can grate and freeze excess courgettes to use in chocolate cake later? It sounds a bit dodgy, but it makes the cake incredibly moist ... and hey, it counts as a serving of veg, right? 🍫
