Wanted: Lifestyle property
We are a family searching for a lifestyle property to call home in the Tasman area our wish list is:
1. Within commutable distance to Richmond
2. Land size minimum of 2 Ha
3. Land to be usable for young family and for growing food and raising some animals.
4. Privacy is important
5. Existing family home in good condition with minimum of 3 bedrooms and ideally an office. Happy to do work to it but obviously that will affect what we can pay for the property.
6. Have a suitable amount of water for the size of the land
We are cash buyers and keen to purchase as soon as possible.
